Boris Scukanec Hopinski joined Viessmann Generations Group as Chief Investment and Operating Officer in early 2024. Earlier in his career, he gained financial expertise at Goldman Sachs and executive leadership roles at UniCredit. He is passionate about identifying high-potential investments and driving operational excellence to create long-term value across the Group's ecosystem. With nearly two decades of experience, Boris combines strategic investment insight with hands-on operational leadership.

Desiree Castell was appointed Chief People Officer of Viessmann Generations Group in April 2026. She has been shaping the Group’s global people, organization, and ecosystem since 2021. Prior to Viessmann, she led rapid growth at a technology scale-up and advised on strategy and organizational transformation at McKinsey & Company. Desiree is passionate about building value-driven organizations and believes that lasting performance is created by empowering the right people in the right place.

Rolf Wetzel joined Viessmann Generations Group as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board in October 2025. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at Heraeus as CFO on the Board of Managing Directors and held senior roles at Lanxess AG. He brings extensive financial expertise in family-owned and global corporations and works closely with the Investment Team on portfolio stewardship and capital allocation.
